Joel and I first met when we were children, when his mother taught my children's church. Little did we know then that our paths, which started less than five miles apart, would intertwine so beautifully. 

Growing up, we shared many interests—hunting, fishing, swimming, and a mutual love for horror movies. These common passions became the foundation of our deepening friendship and eventually, our love.

One of the most memorable moments we share is from a family vacation. On the ride back home, Joel started impersonating a shark, filling the car with laughter and turning a simple journey into a cherished memory. It was in moments like these that I knew our bond was something truly special.

From childhood acquaintances to lifelong partners, our journey together has been filled with joy, laughter, and countless adventures. We can't wait to see what the future holds for us as we embark on this new chapter of our lives.
